The flavour of our cakes and the quality of our ingredients is so important to us. All of our cakes are made using ingredients of the highest quality, such as free-range eggs; vanilla bean paste; premium flour; fresh citrus zests and premium jams. Where possible, we obtain our ingredients locally and try to source ethically. All of our iced cakes (except rich fruit) are covered in a layer of Belgian chocolate ganache and we use premium sugarpaste to get the high standard of finish that our cakes are known for.

We are also able to offer other flavours in our standard menu such as Lotus Biscoff buttercream, orange cake and buttercream, chocolate orange, chocolate peppermint and strawberry milkshake flavour buttercream.
