The flavour of our cakes and the quality of our ingredients is so important to us - after all, the main point of a cake is to be eaten! All of our cakes are made using ingredients of the highest quality, such as free-range eggs; luxury Belgian chocolate;  vanilla bean paste; fresh citrus zests and premium jams. Where possible, we obtain our ingredients locally and try to source ethically. All of our iced cakes (except rich fruit) are covered in a layer of Belgian chocolate ganache and we use premium sugarpaste to get the high standard of finish that our cakes are known for.
